Hi, I’m Andrew. I guide individuals and groups through The Presence Process—a grounded, ten-week emotional integration journey developed by Michael Brown.
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t a peak experience.
This is deep, sustained work that rewires your relationship with life—through your breath, your awareness, and your willingness to face what arises.
It’s a process of growing up—of learning how to sit with the discomfort you once ran from and finding, underneath it all, your original wholeness.

I’ve spent most of my adult life exploring what it means to live with depth, presence, and integrity — not as abstract ideas, but as lived realities. That journey has taken me through many landscapes: spiritual practice, addiction and recovery, grief, men’s circles, creativity, stillness, and a gradual reclamation of purpose and discipline.
For a long time, I was searching — for clarity, for peace, for direction. I read the books, meditated, trained, reflected. But something always remained out of reach. I knew something was ‘off’, but I didn’t yet have the tools — or the inner posture — to rebalance myself.
Over time, things started to shift. With the support of practices like breathwork, I’ve been able to meet my past more gently — and move into life with more clarity, balance, and ease.
Strengthening my spine without hardening my heart. Learning how to sit with emotions rather than fix them. And most importantly, answering the quiet invitation to start guiding others.
My story
My work is rooted in lived experience — and in frameworks that have deeply shaped me, such as:

I don’t see myself as a finished product or a guru with a perfected method. I’m someone who has walked through the fire and learned to make use of the ashes. My role is to create space — for honesty, clarity, self-leadership, and whatever wants to emerge through you.
